Job Summary

- Support clients via chat, email, and virtual calls with high energy and active listening
- Meet Customer Success KPIs related to response time, handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements to the development team
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience in Customer Success or a similar role
- Experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Flexibility and adaptability to service multicultural customers
- Strong resilience to continuously learn in a startup environment
