Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shop Solutions Customer Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboards new customers to RepairLogic and estimateIQ, providing initial 6-week implementation support
  • Identifies at-risk customers and implements targeted campaigns to improve understanding and usage of products
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues while managing customer interactions through CRM


Required Qualifications
  • General Education Degree or equivalent required
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • SaaS/Software and/or product experience highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to develop and foster business relationships with customers
