Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shop Solutions Customer Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboards new customers to RepairLogic and estimateIQ, providing initial 6-week implementation support
- Identifies at-risk customers and implements targeted campaigns to improve understanding and usage of products
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues while managing customer interactions through CRM
Required Qualifications
- General Education Degree or equivalent required
- Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
- SaaS/Software and/or product experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to develop and foster business relationships with customers
