- Make over 300 outbound and inbound calls daily to identify and address clients' transaction requirements
- Collaborate with the team and independently to connect consumers with real estate professionals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent
- Some sales experience preferred
- Ability to manage objections and provide conflict resolution
- Tech-savvy with experience in using various communication tools
- Interest in real estate and lead generation
