Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage CARE product renewals and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of CARE renewals for assigned accounts, including lead generation
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions regarding CARE products to customers
  • Support Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners with product guidance and pricing inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with outbound phone call experience
  • Previous experience with video analytics and/or VMS is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
