Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage CARE product renewals and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a pipeline of CARE renewals for assigned accounts, including lead generation
- Provide timely and accurate solutions regarding CARE products to customers
- Support Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners with product guidance and pricing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with outbound phone call experience
- Previous experience with video analytics and/or VMS is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
