Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage client relationships and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client onboarding and implementation processes to ensure clients become self-sufficient
  • Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and managing technical tasks
  • Prepare data-driven reports and insights to improve client performance and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as APIs, PHP, and MySQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse clients
