Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage client relationships and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding and implementation processes to ensure clients become self-sufficient
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and managing technical tasks
- Prepare data-driven reports and insights to improve client performance and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as APIs, PHP, and MySQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse clients
