Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to enhance customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational relationships with clients, including onboarding, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement customer success strategies and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Oversee the timely delivery of customer deliverables and support key events as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business or IT-related field, or equivalent experience
- Up to 3 years of relevant customer success or management experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
- Experience managing multiple customer deliverables concurrently
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills with good business acumen
- Intermediate technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools; fluency in English required, with additional Spanish or Portuguese a plus
