Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support their team in the Fertility industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between various teams to determine eligibility for Refund Plans and manage client communications
  • Educate clients on Refund Plans and address customer issues with professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain client files and ensure compliance with procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fertility Customer Service, patient care, or clinical administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen
  • Proven track record in executing lead conversion through diligent client management
  • Previous IVF clinical experience is a plus
