Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist, fully remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the customer enablement function, delivering training and resources to enhance customer experience
  • Engage proactively with customers to build relationships and ensure they receive necessary support and resources
  • Support customer programs and maintain connections with key stakeholders to enhance customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship building
  • Experience in training, enablement, or instructional design in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior executives
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new functions within the role
