Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist, fully remote in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the customer enablement function, delivering training and resources to enhance customer experience
- Engage proactively with customers to build relationships and ensure they receive necessary support and resources
- Support customer programs and maintain connections with key stakeholders to enhance customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship building
- Experience in training, enablement, or instructional design in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior executives
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new functions within the role
