Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - EU to support their Account Management Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team to meet performance targets
- Coordinate delivery dates, handle complaints, manage returns and reships, and maintain customer relationships and data
- Act as a point of contact for escalations from platform partners, ensuring timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
