Job Summary

Customer Success Specialist, responsible for enhancing partner experiences and building strong relationships through outstanding support and service, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to partner queries across various communication channels in a timely manner
  • Manage a small portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
  • Deliver training sessions and gather partner feedback to improve products and services
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer support-related roles
  • Excellent proficiency in Italian and good proficiency in English
  • Proven experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
