Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist, responsible for enhancing partner experiences and building strong relationships through outstanding support and service, in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to partner queries across various communication channels in a timely manner
- Manage a small portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
- Deliver training sessions and gather partner feedback to improve products and services
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer support-related roles
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and good proficiency in English
- Proven experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
