Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage client inquiries, provide technical setup support, and assist with legal drafting and review in a dynamic LegalTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer requests regarding services and account management efficiently
  • Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and our services
  • Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
  • Experience working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
  • Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
