Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage client inquiries, provide technical setup support, and assist with legal drafting and review in a dynamic LegalTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests regarding services and account management efficiently
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and our services
- Draft legal documents and reports based on customer requirements and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Experience working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
