Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success team, the full-time Customer Success Technical Specialist will manage technical support functions, improve AI support tools, and develop customer relationships in a fully remote environment, with a clear trajectory towards a Customer Success Manager role within 3 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a queue of customer tickets, resolving issues and improving the AI support stack
- Build relationships with customers through ticket-based conversations and onboarding calls
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in SaaS support, customer success, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with customer interactions and ticket management
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to improve AI support systems
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and managing time effectively
