Job Summary

To support a growing Customer Success team, the full-time Customer Success Technical Specialist will manage technical support functions, improve AI support tools, and develop customer relationships in a fully remote environment, with a clear trajectory towards a Customer Success Manager role within 3 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a queue of customer tickets, resolving issues and improving the AI support stack
  • Build relationships with customers through ticket-based conversations and onboarding calls
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional experience in SaaS support, customer success, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with customer interactions and ticket management
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to improve AI support systems
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and managing time effectively
