Job Summary
Seeking an ambitious and motivated individual, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will support customers through various communication channels, resolve technical issues, and maintain plugins while actively collaborating with the team.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers via the ticketing system, social media, and other communication channels
- Resolve questions and issues by combining technical expertise with customer service
- Document bugs and assist in maintaining existing plugins and extensions for the development team
Required qualifications
- Basic PHP experience and knowledge
- Basic experience with JavaScript/jQuery
- Basic experience with WordPress action/filter hooks
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with web-browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting CSS/JavaScript issues
