Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious and motivated individual, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will support customers through various communication channels, resolve technical issues, and maintain plugins while actively collaborating with the team.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers via the ticketing system, social media, and other communication channels
  • Resolve questions and issues by combining technical expertise with customer service
  • Document bugs and assist in maintaining existing plugins and extensions for the development team
Required qualifications
  • Basic PHP experience and knowledge
  • Basic experience with JavaScript/jQuery
  • Basic experience with WordPress action/filter hooks
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with web-browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting CSS/JavaScript issues
