Job Summary
Providing customer service to policyholders and medical providers, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist 2 will manage calls and workflows related to moderately complex concerns, complaints, and policy changes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and chat inquiries from policyholders, medical providers, and sales agents regarding life, health, and ancillary products
- Process changes such as premium refunds and network adjustments while documenting all customer interactions accurately
- Train and mentor less experienced customer success representatives, offering coaching and support as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalence
- 1+ year of customer service or related experience
- Working knowledge of customer success principles and practices
- General knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
