Job Summary

To ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will focus on training, revenue retention, and product expansion opportunities while building strong relationships with instructors and facilitating optimal software usage.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee existing customer accounts and new product adoptions to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Build and maintain relationships with instructors, providing strategic guidance and support based on their course goals and challenges
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities based on customer usage patterns
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in customer success/customer service with a technology product, instructional design, or instructional roles in higher education
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and support digital offerings
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
