Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will manage client inquiries, provide technical setup assistance, and draft legal documents while ensuring effective communication between customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and address user requests regarding services and account management
- Assist customers in setting up connections with their source code management platforms
- Guide leads through initial inquiries about services via email and website chat
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Experience working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
