Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Customer Success Specialist will manage client relationships, facilitate platform migrations, and ensure a positive experience for internal and external users while leveraging a technical background in Cisco and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing support and guidance throughout the customer journey
  • Facilitate the migration of customers to new platforms, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Utilize case management tools and CRM platforms to track customer health and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or a customer-facing technical enablement role
  • Technical background in Cisco
  • Experience with platform migrations
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
