Job Summary
To support customer success initiatives, the part-time Customer Success Specialist will provide day-to-day support via software chat and email, conduct design queue reviews, and troubleshoot client issues while collaborating with colleagues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support on software chat and email
- Conduct daily reviews of the design queue to ensure a smooth process
- Troubleshoot issues while maintaining communication with clients and collaborating with colleagues
Required qualifications
- Located in MST or PST time zones
- Able to work from 2-6pm PST, Monday to Friday
- Familiarity with solar design and installation preferred; roofing and construction experience considered
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Desire to innovate and find solutions in a fast-paced environment
