Job Summary

Supporting and growing the existing customer base, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage inbound customer interactions, address account management needs, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and value maximization.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and requests related to account management and product usage
  • Develop an understanding of each customer's business to provide informed guidance and recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and support customer adoption
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales Support, or Account Management
  • Comfort managing a high-volume inbound interaction environment
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain software and cloud services
  • Experience or familiarity with Intuit products, Microsoft 365, or managed IT/security services preferred
  • Ability to identify customer needs and uncover growth opportunities
