Job Summary
Supporting and growing the existing customer base, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage inbound customer interactions, address account management needs, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and value maximization.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and requests related to account management and product usage
- Develop an understanding of each customer's business to provide informed guidance and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and support customer adoption
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales Support, or Account Management
- Comfort managing a high-volume inbound interaction environment
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain software and cloud services
- Experience or familiarity with Intuit products, Microsoft 365, or managed IT/security services preferred
- Ability to identify customer needs and uncover growth opportunities
