Job Summary

To support client success and retention, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of live clients, conducting reviews, monitoring issues, and collaborating with internal teams while working in a hybrid office environment in South Jordan, Utah.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct Strategic Partner Reviews to assess client health and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Experience with CRM tools for account tracking and activity documentation
