Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will support the Account Management Team by managing day-to-day operations, including order management and delivery coordination, while serving as a key contact for escalations from platform partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team to meet performance targets
  • Coordinate delivery dates, handle complaints, and manage return and reship requests
  • Act as a point of contact for customer service escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • Experience in strategic operations, transportation, or fulfillment operations
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
