Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the Customer Success Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, manage customer inquiries across various platforms, and escalate complex matters to ensure a five-star customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to customers via email, phone, and online chat, addressing product features, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries
- Monitor and manage customer issues through resolution, documenting interactions and following up to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve customer concerns and contribute to support documentation and customer education content
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or customer success, particularly with online and digital services
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom for managing customer issues
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues across e-commerce platforms and digital subscriptions
- Minimum 6+ months of remote work experience, with availability for weekend and night shifts
- Preferred experience in tech support, genetics, healthcare, or SaaS, along with familiarity with AI-driven support tools
