Job Summary

As the first point of contact for clients, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will work remotely from South Dakota, providing support through chats, phone calls, and emails to educate customers on self-directed retirement accounts and ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with clients via various communication channels to listen, teach, and provide proactive recommendations
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, guiding them through inquiries from start to finish
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Success Professional
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields preferred but not required
