Job Summary

To support customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage client communications, provide technical setup assistance, and draft legal documents while ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with the company's LegalTech services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and address user inquiries regarding services and account management
  • Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure proper administration
  • Guide leads through initial inquiries about services, fostering customer success from the first contact
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
  • Excellent written English communication skills
