Job Summary
Supporting high-stakes accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Specialist will manage the preparation of executive business reviews, draft stakeholder communications, and maintain accurate account documentation to enhance client relationships and ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the preparation process for quarterly executive business reviews, including data gathering and logistics coordination
- Draft follow-up communications and track open commitments across the Enterprise Customer Success portfolio
- Maintain accurate account records and monitor health signals, proactively flagging any anomalies to the Customer Success Manager
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, account support, or coordination role at a SaaS company or in a healthcare operations environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across senior team members
- Strong written communication skills for drafting professional emails and executive recaps
- Proficiency with standard business tools, including slide software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
