Job Summary
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Supplier Specialist will drive awareness, adoption, and retention of solutions while providing strategic support to clients remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults on part solutions across OEC platforms, leveraging knowledge of company applications
- Supports and educates clients post-onboarding to enhance product usage and achieve desired outcomes
- Tracks customer utilization metrics, engages proactively to increase adoption, and identifies upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, SMB customer success or account management role
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 products, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational abilities to manage day-to-day work and priorities
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with limited in-person interactions
