Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Specialist will deliver exceptional support to customers, guiding them through onboarding and maximizing the value of their Thrive Inventory subscription.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and virtual meetings
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a product expert
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for engagement and retention
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of SaaS B2B experience
  • Experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or related fields
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and explain technical concepts simply
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
