Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Specialist will deliver exceptional support to customers, guiding them through onboarding and maximizing the value of their Thrive Inventory subscription.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and virtual meetings
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a product expert
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for engagement and retention
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS B2B experience
- Experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or related fields
- Ability to learn new software quickly and explain technical concepts simply
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
