Job Summary

To support a growing FinTech organization, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will develop relationships with partner practices to drive retention and growth of transaction volume while leveraging data and insights to optimize engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner practices to enhance retention and transaction volume growth
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize engagement strategies and maximize outcomes for partner practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing business process adoption and continuously seeking feedback for improvement
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working with various software platforms
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience
  • Ability to adapt and troubleshoot effectively in dynamic situations
  • Bonus for candidates with sales, customer success, or account management experience
