Job Summary
Supporting the onboarding and engagement of subscription service customers, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will guide clients through setup, enhance communication, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities while working remotely from a home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and support, ensuring effective communication and training throughout the subscription lifecycle
- Analyze customer success metrics to optimize engagement, retention, and satisfaction, while maintaining consistent communication
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in building strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends
- Experience with customer engagement and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
