Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual Chinese, Online Ordering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs, provide expertise on product features, and implement retention strategies
  • Communicate with organizations like Google Support to assist customer needs
  • Educate clients about the HR360 Marketing tool and work on adoption targets

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High school diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience, 2 years of customer service/sales experience required
  • 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience with Google Business Profiles, Apple Listings, and Bing Places for Business preferred
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects
