Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success Strategy & Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure
- Organize and coordinate events like QBRs and help prepare readiness for Board presentations, All Hands and Executive leadership meetings
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a business management or strategy role
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- MBA preferred
