Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Supervisor to manage client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while conducting regular check-ins
  • Develop retention strategies and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics and ability to communicate the value of solutions
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or three years of relevant experience
