Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Supervisor to manage client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while conducting regular check-ins
- Develop retention strategies and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and ability to communicate the value of solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or three years of relevant experience
