Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Senior Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with teams for successful implementation
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular check-ins
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and ability to communicate the value of solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-facing experience preferred, with strong relationship-building skills
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
