Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Senior Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with teams for successful implementation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular check-ins
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics and ability to communicate the value of solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-facing experience preferred, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
