Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to draft content and build tutorials for OnusOne software
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Success team and assist with client onboarding processes
  • Analyze data and track onboarding KPIs to improve client onboarding operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Background and/or degree in Computer Science and/or Data Science
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding or a similar field
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Highly organized and motivated by individual work and organizational tasks
