Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the performance of the Customer Success Loyalty Support Specialist team
- Oversee daily operations, staffing schedules, and workflow distribution across service channels
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex customer issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, loyalty programs, or a contact center environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Experience with CRM and call center platforms
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
