Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, staffing schedules, and workflow distribution across service channels
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex customer issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, loyalty programs, or a contact center environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Experience with CRM and call center platforms
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
