Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Admin (Support) to manage and optimize customer support systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Zendesk as the primary support platform, including ticket routing and automations
  • Support and optimize Customer Success platforms like Gainsight and Catalyst for customer engagement
  • Integrate Zendesk with other tools to ensure seamless workflows and maintain system health
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience administering Zendesk with expertise in configuration and automation
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Catalyst
  • Proficient in integrating support tools with third-party systems using APIs
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and system maintenance
  • Experience in building reports and dashboards for operational insights
