Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Systems Admin (Support) to manage and optimize customer support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Zendesk as the primary support platform, including ticket routing and automations
- Support and optimize Customer Success platforms like Gainsight and Catalyst for customer engagement
- Integrate Zendesk with other tools to ensure seamless workflows and maintain system health
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Zendesk with expertise in configuration and automation
- Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Catalyst
- Proficient in integrating support tools with third-party systems using APIs
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and system maintenance
- Experience in building reports and dashboards for operational insights
