Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and onboard a team of CSR's
  • Take ownership of provider issues and follow through to resolution
  • Manage upselling product features to drive revenue through customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required or Associate/BS degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service/support experience
  • Proven competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to define expectations, manage timelines, and meet project deadlines
