Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to a team of SaaS Account Managers
  • Manage a small book of business while ensuring proactive client engagement and health checks
  • Monitor customer health scores and lead process improvements for customer success operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in customer success or account management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing escalated customer situations effectively
  • Understanding of the SaaS customer journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools
  • Experience managing a remote or distributed team
