Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to a team of SaaS Account Managers
- Manage a small book of business while ensuring proactive client engagement and health checks
- Monitor customer health scores and lead process improvements for customer success operations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing escalated customer situations effectively
- Understanding of the SaaS customer journey from onboarding to renewal
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools
- Experience managing a remote or distributed team
