Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and growth goals
- Recruit, mentor, and support team members while enhancing onboarding programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Customer Success strategies and maintain CRM excellence
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a fast-growing SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS context
- Proven track record of managing teams to drive customer retention and revenue outcomes
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of product features and customer needs
- Bonus: Experience in life sciences or a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
