Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and growth goals
  • Recruit, mentor, and support team members while enhancing onboarding programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Customer Success strategies and maintain CRM excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS context
  • Proven track record of managing teams to drive customer retention and revenue outcomes
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of product features and customer needs
  • Bonus: Experience in life sciences or a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
