Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead dedicated to SMB businesses in the Fitness and Wellbeing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts focusing on retention, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Customer Success Managers while ensuring best practices and operational consistency
  • Support clients throughout their lifecycle, driving revenue retention and product adoption


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
  • 1-3 years of people leadership experience, including mentoring or coaching
  • Experience managing SMB customers in a high-volume environment
  • Proven success in negotiating contracts and executing renewals
  • BA/BS preferred
