Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts focusing on retention, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Customer Success Managers while ensuring best practices and operational consistency
- Support clients throughout their lifecycle, driving revenue retention and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience, including mentoring or coaching
- Experience managing SMB customers in a high-volume environment
- Proven success in negotiating contracts and executing renewals
- BA/BS preferred
