Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success function, the full-time Customer Success Team Lead will design processes, manage a team, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable processes and playbooks to ensure consistent value delivery to customers
- Attract and empower top talent while driving productivity through automation and high-value customer outcomes
- Build partnerships with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customer needs and enhance operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS business
- Prior experience leading a Customer Success or Account Management team
- Strong coaching and people management skills in structured environments
- Data-driven with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
