Job Summary
Managing the full researcher journey, the full-time Customer Success Team Lead will oversee onboarding, coordinate recruitment campaigns, and build strong relationships with researchers while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing and study recruitment materials
- Coordinate across teams to launch recruitment campaigns and resolve escalated customer issues
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Customer Success Associates while tracking efficiencies across KPIs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, marketing, account management, or sales
- A clinical background as a research coordinator or experience managing clinical trials
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
