Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Team Lead will ensure high service standards, provide support and guidance to team members, and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Customer Success team to maintain high service standards
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve team member performance
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and implement improvements
