Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time remote Customer Success Team Manager will drive customer satisfaction initiatives, manage high-value accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Support CSMs in executing complex contract renewals and upsells, collaborating with Sales and other teams
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve satisfaction and retention, leveraging data for insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of customer success professionals
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
