Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively mentor and guide team members to drive product adoption and success with Atlassian solutions
  • Identify opportunities and risks across the team and customers
  • Develop collaborative programs and partnerships with other teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Customer Success or related field within an Enterprise SaaS company
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a remote environment
  • Experience coaching teams to drive adoption and reduce churn
  • Experience building Customer Success strategies within a Cloud environment
  • Experience with industry tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau
