Job Summary

A company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead their customer support and enablement organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop a world-class customer success organization that supports law firm clients and independent process servers
  • Drive customer value, growth, and retention through best-in-class support and enablement strategies
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and support processes, as well as a customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in service-based software or legal technology space
  • 3+ years of management experience in the legal technology industry
  • 3+ years of SQL and data analysis experience
  • 5+ years of experience building standard operating procedures and defining organizational best practices
  • Proven success leading customer-facing B2B teams and achieving outstanding customer success metrics
