- Design and execute a strategy for the customer success organization
- Build and manage a team of customer success managers
- Implement systems and processes to monitor customer health and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years' experience working and leading customer success organizations
- Strong operational focus and experience with process improvement
- Experience with services revenue forecasting, budgeting, and management
- Proven track record of attracting and developing talent
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
