Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Vice President to lead a global team of CSMs, drive customer success strategies, and manage the financial demands of the Customer Success P&L.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a strategy for the customer success organization
  • Build and manage a team of customer success managers
  • Implement systems and processes to monitor customer health and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years' experience working and leading customer success organizations
  • Strong operational focus and experience with process improvement
  • Experience with services revenue forecasting, budgeting, and management
  • Proven track record of attracting and developing talent
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
