Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President for Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategy and prioritize Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) while leading the Customer Success teams
- Deploy programs to promote company value with customers, customer goal attainment, and new use-cases
- Architect the customer success organization and solutions to leverage and grow in support of revenue goals
Required Qualifications:

- Technical background in building out processes and systems for Global Customer Success teams
