- 10+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the SaaS Cyber Security or adjacent industry
- Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and strong business acumen
