Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success to build and lead their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D and GTM teams to advocate for customer needs and improve platform offerings
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within technical B2B SaaS companies
- Previous leadership experience in building and managing a global customer success organization
- Proven track record of achieving high customer retention and revenue generation
- Strong background with complex technical software products, particularly in Cloud or FinOps
- Data-driven leader with operational and analytical skills, including experience with customer success tools
